注文方法 How to order: 基本的に営業日お昼12時までのご注文につきましては1〜2営業日以内の発送、それ以降深夜24時までのご注文は、3営業日以内の発送となります。
予約商品に関しましては、予約受注後、1ヶ月以内に発送いたします。

商品の到着時期につきましては、商品発送時にお客様にお送りするメールで輸送状況が分かる送り状No.をお知らせいたしますので、運送会社のお荷物問い合わせサービスをご利用ください。
土曜、日曜、祝日は、発送をお休みさせていただいております。ご了承ください。

Basically, orders until 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day, and orders until 24:00 after that will be shipped the next day.
For pre-ordered products, we will inform you of the planned delivery date based on the scheduled delivery date.

Regarding the arrival time of goods, we will inform you of the shipping status by e-mail sent to you when shipping the goods, so please use the shipping company's baggage inquiry service.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, we are not shipping. Please note.

返品・交換について About returned goods and exchange: 不良品の場合は、商品到着後二週間以内であれば、当社負担にて商品の交換または返金等をさせていただきます。
(注)商品発送後のお客様のご都合による返品はできませんのでご了承願います。

当社の落ち度による返品は、当社が負担致します。
お客様のご都合による交換（服のサイズの変更等）に掛かる送料は、お客様の負担になりますので、ご注文の際はくれぐれもご注意ください。
